This week this Kickstarter campaign is at 88% of the fundraising goal of $18,000 for this campaign with 8 days to go.

The Bard has burst beyond the big top and we’re reaching out to our Beloved Benefactors to help build our festival’s future. It was 2013 when the Island Shakespeare Festival (ISF) ran it’s successful Kickstarter campaign to raise money for “Henry the Tent.” Each year has been filled with growth and success for ISF and each year they have invested in building their infrastructure and solidifying their event as a “must do” summer Whidbey activity.

In addition to their plans for growth, they are raising funds to replace the backstage temporary tents that were damaged in high winds with permanent large metal shipping containers.

No Kickstarter is complete without rewards and this one is no different, there is VIP membership, a very cool coloring book (designed by Olena Hodges our Outreach Director and company member), a napkin set with sonnets printed on them and many more.

ISF President Elect Rene Neff summarizes, “I hope to see you at a performance this summer. Island Shakespeare Festival has such potential and with this improvement we believe this little company will be catapulted to a new level of professionalism! Thank you for taking the time to check this Kickstarter out and I hope you can help us hit our goal by contributing what you are able!”
