Dust off your dancin’ shoes and come on over to the Coupeville Rec Hall from 8 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 6 and dance to the classic rock of Mojo Filter. This event is a benefit for the Community Foundation for Coupeville Public Schools.

For over 20 years the Foundation has given Coupeville students and teachers an extra measure of support. The Foundation has funded many opportunities for students to visit such places as the Marine Science Center at Padilla Bay and the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle. Chances are great that Coupeville students who are a part of your family and your community have been impacted by Foundation support.

Far From Normal, Coupeville’s “whatever makes you laugh” store, is sponsoring the Mojo Filter dance so all proceeds from the event can go directly to the Foundation. Tickets are $15 per person and can be purchased at the door or at Far From Normal on Front Street in Coupeville.

Beer, wine and soft drinks will be for sale at the dance.
