You are invited to Penn Cove Gallery on from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 6, to watch Artist Michele Kempees demonstrate using the watercolor medium. Completely self-taught, Michele started her artist journey while still in high school.

Although Michele uses various art media, she has settled on watercolor as her favorite. She says she loves the rich colors and contrasts. Michele finds her art inspiration everywhere, but her favorite subject is people. The artist exhibits in numerous shows, galleries, businesses, competitions and also teaches watercolor classes.
