On Whidbey Island

Brought to you by artist, art teacher, and art therapist Katie Flowers, who is visiting Whidbey Island from Lamma Island in Hong Kong.

Using the seed as a metaphor for aspects of our life, we will walk the land, make our own mini seed guides, and create our own multilayered visual seed journal reflecting both what we see and what we don’t see.

Is there change afoot in your life? Enjoy some mindful art making and nature time while you experience and contemplate life.

We have 12 places available and will take sign-ups on a first-come-first-served basis.
