Anne Belov’s latest project is now funding on Kickstarter and continues until 1 p.m., Friday, Feb. 28.. “Pandamorphosis,” Belov’s lavishly illustrated wordless picture book, had its humble beginning during a class on writing for children the artist took with Whidbey Island author, Deb Lund. It went through many changes until it finally emerged, four and a half years later .
