Washington State Poet Laureate Tod Marshall has chosen Oak Harbor poet Daniel Edward Moore’s poem, “A Ghost Minority,” which is about Coupeville, to be in the new “Washington 129” poetry anthology representing the best poetry in Washington State to honor its 129-year history. It will be released at a reading at the state capitol in Olympia on April 13, 2017.
