Randy Emmons and his award-winning watercolors will be at Penn Cove Gallery from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8, where he will demonstrate his way with watercolor.
Randy paints local scenes in his own special style. To make his paintings sparkle, he lays the paint down clean and crisp, with the whites intact.
