Stain Glass artist, Sandy Dubpernell will be at Penn Cove Gallery, 9 NE Front Street in Coupeville, on Monday, July 6, to discuss her glass art techniques. Sandy uses the Louis Comfort Tiffany copper foil techniques to create her colorful stained glass designs. Her passion is to form pieces representing the flowers and animal life she finds on her many eco-trips.

Dubpernell began her Sundown Stained Glass Studio in 1980 and moved it to Coupeville in 1988 from the NY Metro area.
