Whidbey Island, come out and get your laugh on!

Seattle Comedian John Keister made a name for himself  on the late-night television show, “Almost Live.” Now Keister has joined comic forces with fellow comedian Brooks McBeth, who  also appeared on “Almost Live,” as well as on Mad TV and Comedy Central. Both these comics continue to make waves on the comedy circuit both on the tube and live on comedy stages everywhere. The two will perform their touring show at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 24 at Whidbey Island Center for the Arts in Langley.

Apparently, this is a rare, not-to-be-missed chance to see these two funnymen together for a special engagement in the Northwest region.  The success of  Keister’s latest show, “The 206,” has been tremendous and McBeth continues to be seen on national television, and recently performed on the “Late Late Show” with Craig Ferguson.

Local amateur improv troupe, Comedy Island, will also make an appearance onstage for some yuk-it-ups during the evening.

Please note the show contains adult content and is for those 18 and older only.

Tickets are $20 and advanced purchases are highly recommended as the show is expected to sell out.  Call the WICA box office at 360-221-8268 or 800-638-7631 for tickets or visit www.wicaonline.com.
