Hedgebrook writers retreat welcomes new and old friends for a leisurely afternoon today from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Join Hedgebrook hosts as they welcome the public to wander the forest paths, tour the gardens, sample tasty refreshments, and listen to live Marimba music performed by ‘Mweya’ from the Rubatano Center. Special guests Jacob Mafuleni and Martha Thom of Zimbabwe will join in on drums, hosho, singing and dance.
Families and children are warmly welcomed, but please leave pets at home.
This event is free and open to the public.
