“Take this Car and…” is an exhibit of original works, interpreted by members of the Whidbey Art Gallery in a variety of mediums, including oil, photography, watercolor and  encaustic. Meet the Artists during Langley’s “Art Walk” from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 5, at the Whidbey Art Gallery on Second Street in Langley.

“Art as a Way” is a creative commons program in Freeland. Students of all abilities come together to create ceramic art. Items are built by hand using simple tools, inspiration from nature and the creative imagination of each artist.
