The Bard’s Ball is coming soon! Join us for a “Swashbuckling Soiree & The Bard’s Ball” from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 20.

The Island Shakespeare Festival is moving to our new home at 5476 Maxwelton in Langley, exactly two and one-half minutes from the center of town!

The Mistress & Master of revels will spin a play of sorts, and the mystery and fun will weave between jugglers, fairies, sword fights and falconers. “Lords and Ladies” can peruse the Treasure Chest, sit for a henna tattoo by Drew Christie or choose a sonnet for their true love to be read by a Shakespearean actor. Costumes for the occasion are encouraged but not required, and plenty of props are available if the spirit moves you.
